This camp is a unique conservation & ecotourism destination, driven by the Indigenous Samburu people of Northern Kenya. Sleep in an area of 850,000 acres of pristine wilderness in the Mathews Range. This remote landscape is home to the Indigenous Samburu people whose age-old traditions are as much a part of the fabric of this land as the wildlife. As an inspiring testimony to the community’s conservation efforts, thi Conservancy is now home to Kenya’s second-largest herd of elephants, one of the largest herds of the endangered Reticulated Giraffe, as well as the critically-endangered Grévy's Zebra, leopards, wild dog, kudus... This is a place where you can go on game drives with Samburu guides, do walking safaris, spend time beeding with the Samburu women, visit the Milk to Market Program where Samburu women get the sheep milk to feed the baby elephants, do horseback safaris, visit and visit the baby Elephant Sanctuary to learn how the babies are being rehabilitated back into the wild. MASAI MARA - 3 NIGHTS (1, 2, 3 April)
One of the most iconic locations and properties in Africa, this is a place that is sitting 1,000 feet in the air overlooking the Maasai Mara, where days are spent exploring its incredible wildlife diversity and guests are always spoiled for choice. Each of the Tented Suites are perched along the Great Rift Valley’s edge, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls providing unparalleled views. The views stretch for miles. Perched upon the Oloololo Escarpment this is your Out of Africa place. There is an amazing pool, a photographic studio, a fitness area, a map room where you can understand all about the place you are sleeping at.
